House Rules

  • In order to ensure a pleasant stay, please take into consideration our House Rules. Your cooperation will go further in assuring a peaceful stay for all.
  • Hazardous, explosive and flammable goods such as gas cylinders, cooking stoves, fuels, firearms, etc. are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  • The property, any part of it or the garden is not to be used for any activities which are dangerous, offensive, noxious, noisy, illegal or immoral, or which may become a nuisance or annoyance to either the management or to the owner/occupier of any neighbouring properties.
  • Guests are required to take proper care of the accommodation during occupation maintaining all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in the same state of repair as at the commencement of the holiday. Guests may not rearrange/disturb furniture on the premises. All contents must be used in a safe and appropriate manner.
  • Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately to the management. Costs arising from any breakage, damage to furniture or fittings, removal of any items, damage to the exterior and garden including damage to neighbouring properties caused either by themselves or any person/s for whom they are responsible will be charged to the guest.
  • Room inventory such as pillows, blankets and towels are intended for use during your stay on the premises. Guests are not to take them out.
  • Guests are requested not to shift or remove any/all items provided in the cottage kitchenette. The inventory must be checked upon arrival and any discrepancy reported to the management. Any damage or loss will be chargeable.
  • Guests are not to tamper with electrical, gas, water/sewage pipes or other equipment
  • Although daily housekeeping is provided, the accommodation has to be left in similar state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found (an additional cost will otherwise be incurred to cover extra cleaning).
  • Guests may not use their own electrical appliances, which are not used for the guests’ personal hygiene and comfort. Electric razors, hairdryers or chargers for laptops etc. can be used in your lodgings.
  • Caution should be exercised when using the Fireplace. All flames are to be extinguished before retiring to bed. Firewood may be available at a charge.
  • Swimming Pool is available only during daylight hours. Pool rules are to be strictly observed. Guests should dry themselves before entering the lodgings.
  • Barbecue/Bonfire is not permitted on the premises.
  • Speakers/boom boxes are not permitted on the premises.
  • Ordering food from external catering services is not permitted.
  • Bringing self catered meals and beverages in/around the Pool/Public areas is not permitted.
  • Indian law forbids smoking in Public areas/spaces. Guests are required to observe.
  • Litter should be disposed off in the bins provided.
  • Doing laundry is strictly prohibited. Fine will be imposed.
  • Guests must dress appropriately whilst in public areas. No pyjamas etc. Footwear must at all times.
  • Children under 10 years of age may not be left without adult supervision anywhere on the premises.
  • Guests must lock and secure their doors, upon leaving the lodgings and when sleeping at night for their own safety.
  • In-room safes are provided for your valuables. Management is not responsible for loss/theft of valuables left unattended/unsecured.
  • Guests must not pass their room keys to other people.
  • Room visits are not permitted. Public areas are to be used for entertaining and social events.
  • Electricity and water are precious resources. Lights are to be turned off and all taps/faucets shut upon leaving the premises.
  • Guests are to observe night-time peace and quiet from 10.00 P.M. to 8.00 A.M., i.e. they are not to disturb other guests accommodated on the premises.
  • Your fellow residents’ need for privacy and space deserves respect. Guests are expected to maintain decorum at all times whilst on the premises.
  • It is implied that you are familiar and agree with the House Rules and that you will fully adhere to them. In the event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the management reserves the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed and charge full amount of the price regardless of the shorter stay.
